A busy little puppy.

It has been a long time since I was able to get my Momma to post for me.  Since my last post so much has happened.  We moved out of hell house and into a nice little apartment.  It was a tough move on Mommy and Daddy, but they said it had to be done. 

Daddy still works all the baseball games he can and Momma goes to as many as she can.  Which leaves me and Kinzy to fend for ourselves while they are gone.  :) 

The cats are still being pains in my hiney.  They always turn around to show me their combos, as Momma calls their butts.  Like I want to really see a cats stinky butt.  Yucky. 

Well, I am gonna go I have some twittering to do now.  :)

Catching up

WOW!  I did not realize that my Mommy had slacked off on my blog for so long.  I guess she has just been very busy with Baseball games, school, and Twitter. 

I always know when she is talking about me on Twitter cause I hear her phone chirp at me and I bark.  Then she laughs at me...I dont get why they always laugh at me when I alert.  That shiny box in the kitchen that dings when bread is toasted also makes me bark.  Again...my parental units will laugh at me. 

Well...I guess I better haul boogie for now so Mommy can get back to work.  At least she is happy today because the Nats won a double header yesterday.  I wonder if that is like some kind of car or something, I'm not sure...but it must be a good thing cause everyone is happy.  Even Daddy...who I did not see all weekend, but he gives me messages from my puppy love Bentley.  :)

Being goofy with #NATITUDE

My Mommy told me today that she has to admit that she has been abusing my Twitter (Star_enilnO) account.  She has been posting for me because she has more #NATITUDE than I do.  I do not know what that means, but it must be exciting because she is taking me to a Nationals game in September for being a good girl.  I do have to dress up funny, but that is ok...just to get out and play with other doggies will be fun. 

Daddy has been working hard at the games, but he does not get to see people the way he likes to.  He enjoys what he does, but he sure comes home grumpy and ouchie.  Not sure what Daddy does at work, but it sure makes him stinky and sleepy. 

I really do not understand this concept of working.  All it seems to do is make Mommy and Daddy tired and me and MacKenzie have to stay in our cages when they go to do it.  I do not know if it is fun and they keep doing it...or if it is not fun and they do it because there is nothing else to do.  Oh-Well...at least I do not have to go to work.  All I do is look cute, go nite nite, and go tinkle-winkle. 

OK...Mommy says I have to go now...she is typing for me and she has more of this work stuff to do...which I do not get because she is acutually on my Twitter account right now. 

Gotta love the parental units!  WWFN...sugarbritches.

I have so much Natitude today!  I love my Nats and Mommy and Daddy will both be at the game today.  Daddy is working and Mommy is playing in the stands.

MLB All-Star Game

OK, I do not quite understand what MLB, All-Star, or Game means, but I know it means a lot to my Mommy and Daddy.  They used my email address, and several others, to vote for the Nats.  I love my Nats so I did not mind.  I dont have any players that I really like more than others so I voted for them all.  Just a hint to anyone that is voting...if you pick all the OF players and hit enter, and then go back to change selection, you can write in Bryce Harper without loosing the other 3 OF players.  Cool little glitch in the coding of the page!

OK...all that info was told to me by Mommy so I dont know what I just told you.  Daddy is looking for another vehicle right now.  He needs something nice to take him back and forth to Nats Park.  We want him to be nice and comfy on his rides or he gets grumpy.

Wow...I've been gone a while.

Sorry peeps...I am little and my memory is short.  I forgot to post here in a while.

On Saturday my tushy started to itch and I started doing what Momma calls the "Boot Scoot Boogie".  She fussed at me, but I looked cute doing it so she forgave me. 

Then last night I started honking real bad.  Momma stayed up with me until 2am and then Daddy cuddled me in their big bed and held me the rest of the night.  He even let me get sick on him.  I have the best Daddy ever!

Daddy took me to see a mean man with a cold table that poked me and stuck me places with things.  He said I will get all better soon, but I have an uri and irritation from boot scootin. 

So...Daddy brought me home gave me yucky stuff and then he went to school.  Sigh...I am gonna sleep the rest of the day!

RIP Dakota

Tonight our big brother Dakota traveled over the Rainbow Bridge. 

He fell down the stairs and never got up again.  Momma and Daddy are real sad.

We will all miss him very much.

Oops I missed a few days.

Mommy has been working on the computer and would not let me update my blog.  Shame on Mommy!  Pfffft.  I will chew her shoe for this.  lol.  Just kidding.

Not too much in the way of updates except I am learning to assert my authority.  When my brother Dakota gets too close to me I have to bark at him.  He is so big and has a hard time seeing.  I am like his seeing eye dog.  Hummm...I wonder if there are wages in that? 

It is so wierd going to bed before Daddy gets home.  I have been sleeping on his pillow or or his to make sure it is warm for him.  He is so big though I only warm enough space for his kneecap.  Oh well...I try.

Big day for this big girl!!!!

Yeah!!!  I finally made it up the back yard stairs all by myself. 

Daddy is always with me when I am in the back yard, but I have been scared to go up the stairs.  MacKenzie showed me that I could do it and today (with Daddy watching) I actually made it!!!!

I have learned that I am capable of anything that I want to do!  I sure do love my Daddy...he keeps me safe and shows me that I am strong!

Today is Daddy's big day too...he gets to go to work!  Yeah Daddy!  I wish I could go with him. 

All by myself!

Things I can do by myself:

• Get on the sofa and then up to the back of the sofa
• Go up and down the stairs
• Get things out of a box and sleep on them
• Make my toys squeak
• Finally I can get on the bed
• Momma put a step stool at the foot of the bed and I can jump on it and then jump on the bed!  I feel so independant. 

Daddy sure does protect me!

Before we go nite nite Momma likes to walk me with my harness out front. During the day Daddy will take me out back so he can watch me, but I go on a walk with Momma at night. 

Well last night Momma had me by the side of the house and Daddy was keeping watch from the porch.  He yelled "get her up now!" and then Momma picked me up real quick.  I was scared, but felt safe at the same time.  Daddy took off towards the center of our street to a little grassy area and he was looking in the bushes. 

He saw a fox running around and wanted to make me feel safe!  Wow...what a great Daddy I have!

Grrrrrrreat news!

Daddy finally got a job!  We are so happy and proud of him!!! 

I am so spoiled!

I have so trained my new parents on how to spoil me.  When they were not looking I took a piece of hotdog from the boys.  One thing I really love about being so small is if food gets dropped...it is mine.  Oh yeah! 

Mommy does really like giving any of us people food, but sometimes it just happens. 

Another thing I really like doing is sitting on Mommy and Daddy's shoulders.  I fit perfectly!  I will climb on when they are on the sofa and I just sit there.  Mommy will stand up sometimes, but I am never scared because she holds on to me.  She always makes sure I do not get scared.  So does Daddy.

MacKenzie and I have so much fun barking at the kids in the neighborhood.  His bark is so much louder than mine.  I think the parental units can understand what we are saying though because they will laugh with us.  I am glad that I did not use any bad words, because they may know. 

I am not really sure what a bad word is, but when someone says one Mommy  always go "Umph" and Daddy giggles. 

Well...I better go for now.  More cute pictures to come as soon as Mommy gets a break at school. 

A Fabulous Weekend.

This weekend started out scary with tornado's and bad rain.
Then on Saturday Daddy went fishing with the man next door.  I am not sure what fishing is, but he came back all red and smelled funny.
On Sunday Daddy was still red and he left to go to the ball field.  He came back with more red on his face and his pants were dirty.  Not sure what happens at the ball field, but it must hurt cause Daddy still cant move without saying, "owie".

Everytime my daddy's phone ding's I bark at it.  It makes me think someone is at the door.  I think mommy sends daddy messages just to make me look silly.

Hummph...well...it makes the humans laugh so it is all fun.  I love them so much.

I am a big girl now!

Last night I let mommy know that I had to go outside.  Daddy took me out the back where the big boys go.  I was able to go down the stairs, but I am too scared to go back up.  I might jump right through them! 

The other day I was in the yard with Daddy and Dakota was trying to help me through the big boy (doggy) door.  Dakota actually put his big ole head through the door and held it open for me!  BOW WOW  He is so nice to me.  I still could not jump up enough to get in.  Oh well...I guess the parental units will have to walk me.  YEAH!

Hi everyone!

Woof snort grrrr wheeze. 
Oops...I forgot to speak in human. 

My name is STAR!  You may call me SuperStar, Star Gazer or Sugarbritches.  My daddy calls me Sugarbritches and I like that the best. 

A little about me - I am 7 and a half years old and I just found my new home.  I love it here with all my brothers and sister.  When I go outside my mommy always sings to me "Tinkle tinkle little star".  It makes me feel all warm inside when she sings. 

My daddy lets me sleep up on the big bed with them.  I get right in the middle and sleep on my back.  Daddy will wake me up sometimes with funny noises.
